1 Introduction & Acceptance

3 Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all betting on dc 33 at all times:
- Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except under special circumstances approved by dc 33.
- Odds Changes: Bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Any subsequent odds changes will not affect existing bets.
- System Error: dc 33 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- Live Betting: dc 33 is not liable for bets voided due to disconnection during live betting.
- Maximum Win Limit: Maximum winnings on a single bet may be capped and can vary by market.
Dc 33 reserves the right to accept or decline any bet. If suspicious betting patterns are detected, payment may be withheld until an investigation is completed.
For Sports Betting outcomes, the decisions of internationally recognized sports authorities are considered final. Betting results will be confirmed after the official results are published.
4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
The following rules apply to all financial transactions on dc 33:
Deposit:
- Minimum deposit amount is ৳50 (fifty BDT).
- Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved methods.
- Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
- All deposits must come from a payment method in your own name.
Withdrawal:
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
- Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, though delays may occur during verification.
- Dc 33 may request additional information for any transaction deemed suspicious.
5 Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers at dc 33 are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the associated terms.
- Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, once per account.
- Wagering Requirement: Each bonus comes with a specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
- Validity: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus funds will be automatically forfeited once the bonus expires.

- Combining: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Misuse: If bonus system abuse is detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be voided.

6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dc 33 platform and will result in permanent account closure:
- Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through fraud, deception, or any other dishonest means.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or manage your account.
- Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to hack the platform's systems, introduce viruses, or breach security in any way.
- Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts on the same event to guarantee a profit (arbitrage).
- Impersonating dc 33 staff or falsely representing yourself as affiliated with the site.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
Dc 33 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
- If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
- As directed by a court or government authority.
- At your own request (voluntary closure).
